Italian Crock Pot Sandwiches

Made these for dinner one Saturday, and they were a huge hit!!

3-4 lb rump roast
3 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Dry Basil
1 tsp Black pepper
1 0.7 Italian Salad Dressing packet

Mix hot water, with dried seasonings and dressing mix.

Place roast in crock pot, pour dressing mix over meat.

Cook on high 4-5 hours, or 10-12 hours on low.

When finished, shred with forks.

Serve on hoagie rolls with cheese, mushrooms, peppers & onions! Or just the meat!
