"31 Days of Halloween" Day 2

Ok, so I'm a huge fan of everything easy!!!

The other day I was watching the Rachael Ray show, and I saw this recipe...

Well, Here is my twist -

Cut hot dogs into 1/2" slices - no thinner.

Prepare the corn muffin mix as directed on the box.

Spray each muffin cup with non-stick baking spray.

Fill each cup with 1 tbsp of muffin mix, place hot dog in muffin pan, and press down slightly (don't press it to the bottom), then put enough mix to just cover the top of the hot dog top.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the top if golden brown.

Pop out let cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce!
